ONLINE PACKAGE BOOKING PROCEDURE

1. Select a package

- from Banner

- from Search Result

2. Go to Check Rates page.

3. Click 'Book Now' base on rates /hotel selection. (Before making a booking please review carefully all the terms and conditions in the package details. Example: Minimum no of pax is 4. The system will not allow you to book for less than 4pax or if you intend to book outside the validity date)

4. Step 1- Hotel Selection: Select Room Type

5. Step 2- Room Selection

- Select no of room(s)

- Indicate how many adult(s), children with x-bed and no bed

6. Select month/year of departure date

- Select day from calender (Please note surcharge or closed date)

(The system will automatically suggest the return date. For extension night(s) select your date for departure)

7. Confirm the booking detail by ticking the 'read and accept box'. Click Review & Confirm Booking

8. Enter Guest Information

9. Enter Customer Information

10. Click the "I agree booking" box. Click proceed booking now.

Your booking is now registered in our system with 'pending' status. We will process the booking and get back to you within 24hours. Payment can be made either through the office or bank into our account. Our booking officer will inform you of the details upon confirmation.
