Itinerary:

DAY 1: FRANKFURT – BONN – COLOGNE – AMSTERDAM

The morning begins with a leisurely drive north-west from Frankfurt to Bonn, the capital of the former West Germany until reunification. Discover the city’s secrets on an orientation stroll through its streets, walking past highlights such as the Rococo-fronted town hall and Ludwig Van Beethoven Haus, a museum celebrating the life of the much-loved composer. Then it’s on to Cologne, where you’ll head inside the city’s glorious Gothic Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The rest of the afternoon is free at your own leisure. After lunch the day is rounded off with a drive into the Netherlands.

 

DAY 2: AMSTERDAM – ZAANSE SCHANS – AMSTERDAM

Start the trip through the Dutch countryside, where you’ll get to sample at close quarters some of the things that the Netherlands is traditionally famous for – clogs, cheese and windmills at ZaanseSchans. Next, you’ll head to the cosmopolitan city as your journey takes you back to Amsterdam. After visiting a well-known diamond factory, you can take an optional hour-long pre-dinner canal cruise. After disembarking you’ll walk to one of the city’s grandest areas, Dam Square, where the Royal Palace is located and the Queen’s birthday celebrations take place. You’ll have photo opportunities here, free time for shopping or further sightseeing, and then round the day off with dinner.

 

DAY 3: AMSTERDAM – BRUSSELS – PARIS

After breakfast, you will spend the day venturing around beautiful Florence. You will be fascinated by the uncountable monuments, churches and buildings as Santa Maria del Fiore, more commonly referred to as the Duomo. Cross a small piazza to see the “Campanile” tower. In the heart of the city, you will see Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo della Signoria (also known as Palazzo Vecchio) and the Basilica of Santa Croce. Lunch in a typical Tuscan restaurant in Piazza Santa Croce. Spend the afternoon strolling the cobblestone streets of Florence on your own or take a short trip to Pisa (optional), one of the four main historical Marine Republics of Italy. There, you will tour the Piazza dei Miracoli with the Duomo, Pisa’s symbol “the Leaning Tower” and the Baptistery. Dinner at leisure, overnight stay in Florence.

 

DAY 4: PARIS – VERSAILLES – PARIS

Next stop is Paris. Drive along the famous Champs Élysées to the Place de la Concorde, which played such a key part in the French Revolution. You’ll also get to see the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Next, head to L’Hôtel National des Invalides, where Napoleon’s tomb is located, followed by a stop at the most legendary of all Paris’s icons: the Eiffel Tower. Enjoy free time for sightseeing and lunch on your own. After that, visit Palace of Versailles, the vast regal château that was the residence of the royal family until the start of the revolution in 1789. In the evening, you can enjoy one of our optional Paris evening shows.

 

DAY 5: PARIS

The day stats with a visit to the Louvre, which is home to Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa. Opt for a guided gallery tour (at own expense). You can then take a leisurely cruise  along the river Seine, a great sightseeing option that offers splendid views of iconic Parisian landmarks, including Notre-Dame Cathedral and Pont Alexandre III. Enjoy free time for sightseeing and lunch. Afterwards, you have an option of having a French 4 course Dinner and Show experience or spend time shopping at the legendary department stores Galeries Lafayette.

 

DAY 6: PARIS – REIMS – LUXEMBURG

Leave Paris for a delightful scenic journey through the Champagne region famous for its wine. Enjoy seeing the historic attractions of provincial capital Reims, including the city’s cathedral. Next, visit Luxemburg, the world’s only remaining Grand Duchy. After arriving in refined Luxembourg City, you’ll be introduced on foot to the main places of interest, including the Place de Constitution and Pont Adolphe, before having time for further exploration on your own.

 

DAY 7: LUXEMBURG – TRIER – KOBLENZ – FRANKFURT

Today we leave Luxemburg and head to Germany. The first stop is historic Trier, Germany’s oldest city and the birthplace of Karl Marx. Go on a walking tour and see the city’s impressive cathedral and view. The highlight is undoubtedly Porta Nigra, the best-preserved Roman city gate north of the Alps, where you will have photo opportunities. After that, drive on to Koblenz, famous as the location of the confluence of the Rhine and Mosel rivers. Here you have the option of indulging in a relaxing lunch alongside the water, then afterwards you can also choose to add on a scenic Rhine boat cruise. Afterwards, drive through the wine-making town of Rüdesheim before moving on to Franksfurt, where you’ll discover the delights of Römerberg, a charming plaza with a distinctive medieval town hall as its centrepiece.

Itinerary:

DAY 1: PARIS – LUCERNE

After boarding the luxury coach in Paris, sit back and enjoy a scenic journey across classic French countryside en route to mountainous Switzerland. You’ll pass through Basel before arriving at the picturesque lakeside city of Lucerne, nestled at the foot of the snow capped Swiss Alps. Here you’ll get to see Lucerne’s famous landmarks, including Chapel Bridge, the Water Tower, and some wonderfully preserved Baroque and Gothic architecture, followed by some free time to shop or take pictures.

 

DAY 2: LUCERNE - MILAN - VENICE

Head south from Lucerne through spectacular Switzerland and into northern Italy, where your first stop will be Milan, fashion capital of the world. Your orientation tour will introduce you to the city’s iconic sights, including the vast Gothic Cathedral (Duomo). You’ll also see the planet’s oldest shopping mall, the 19th-century Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, where you can wander among the boutique shops and take lunch in one of the refined cafes.  After enjoying the many delights of Milan, you’ll head to another vintage Italian city: Venice

 

DAY 3: VENICE – ROME

Spend the morning touring Venice with a local guide. Begin with a waterbus ride to San Marco Island. Once on the island, you’ll be led around some of Venice’s best-known locations, beginning in the Piazzo with the Basilica di San Marco, a stunning piece of Byzantine architecture. You’ll also see the legendary Bridge of Sighs, which connects the old prison to the interrogation rooms in the Doge’s Palace. Afterwards you’ll have a chance to see some traditional Venetian craftwork at close quarters with a demonstration by Murano Glassblowers. After that, you may take a gondola ride (at own expense) through Venice’s waterways and enjoy the scenery. Transfer to Rome in the afternoon.

 

DAY 4: ROME – VATICAN –AREZZO

Visit the smallest country in the world, The Vatican City, which lies at the heart of the Italian capital. Here you’ll marvel at St Peter’s Basilica, home to Pope Francis and arguably the most significant site in Christianity. Alternatively, you can choose to add on the optional Sistine Chapel tour to view Michelangelo’s famous painted ceiling (at own expense). Next, see the famous Trevi Fountain. After lunch, take a step even further back in time as you visit Italy’s unrivalled Roman relics. An optional guided tour of the Coloseum, built in AD 72, is highly recommended. After the Coloseum, get up close to the nearby Arch of Constantine, which dates back to the fourth century AD, then spend some further free time enjoying Rome. Next, you can visit the magnificent Basilique Santa Maria degliAngeli e deiMartiri near Piazza dellaRepubblica  before transferring to Arezzo in the late evening.

 

DAY 5: AREZZO – FLORENCE – PISA – GENOA

Continue to Florence, the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance and home to some fabulous architecture and fine art. Begin the day by taking in a wonderful panoramic overview of the city from Piazzale Michelangelo, which boasts glorious vistas over the red roofs, Arno River and ancient city walls out towards the surrounding countryside. Next you can see a demonstration of the traditional craft of leather working at close quarters in a local workshop, and you’ll also have the opportunity to purchase some of the high-quality leather items. From here, you’ll enjoy a guided walk around Florence’s many highlights, including the Ponte Vecchio over the Arno River, the Piazza del Duomo and Campanile Tower.

 

DAY 6: GENOA – MONACO – NICE – CANNES – AVIGNON

Say arrivederci to Italy and head for Monaco, famous for Formula 1 Grand Prix. A walking sightseeing tour here takes you to the grand Prince’s Palace, then continue on to view the 1920s Courthouse, the Cliffside Oceanographic Museum, and the Cathedral, where Grace Kelly is buried. We then travel a little further to visit the famous Fragonard Perfume Factory. Next it’s Nice, where you’ll stop for lunch to sample some excellent local cuisine and warm-hearted hospitality. Continue to Cannes, home to the famous Cannes Film Festival. Be sure to take the opportunity to snap some photos of the Palais des Festival, home to the city’s annual international film festival, before transferring to the hotel.

 

DAY 7: AVIGNON - PARIS

Take a well-earned rest today as you sit back and enjoy great views of the changing rural charms of the French countryside on the journey north to Paris. End of tour.

Itinerary:

DAY 1: FRANKFURT - PRAGUE

After boarding the luxury coach in Frankfurt, sit back and enjoy a scenic ride through some classic German countryside en route to Prague. You will arrive in the evening and enjoy your free time.

 

DAY 2: PRAGUE - BRATISLAVA

Your Prague adventure begins with a spectacular walk along the Royal Route, following the traditional coronation path of the kings and queens of old Bohemia. You’ll start from the top of Castle Hill in the Hradcany district, and then tour Prague Castle. Continue to see St. Vitus Cathedral, the Old Royal Palace, St. George’s Basilica and Golden Lane. Later, you will stroll across the iconic Charles Bridge and Old Town Square, where you can see the City Hall and one of Prague’s most well-known sights, the Astronomical Clock. After lunch, you’ll make the scenic transfer from Prague to the hotel in or near the Slovakian capital, Bratislava.

 

DAY 3: BRATISLAVA - BUDAPEST

Continue to Hungary, and visit  the capital, Budapest. Enjoy free time sightseeing or take a river cruise (own expense). After a morning of activity, you’ll relax over lunch at Buda Palace, and then have a chance to look at the exhibitions in the Budapest History Museum and Hungarian National Gallery, or do a spot of souvenir shopping. Next visit the Fisherman’s Bastion, the medieval Matthias Church and a walk up to the summit of Gellért Hill for panoramic views. You will see Heroes’ Square and Hungary’s dramatic riverside Parliament Building. In the evening, you can choose to round off an eventful day with an optional dinner in the heart of Budapest.

 

DAY 4: BUDAPEST - VIENNA

Continue to Vienna and visit popular attractions such as Schönbrunn Palace. After lunch, you will take a driving tour past many grand, famous buildings, including the City Hall, the Austrian Parliament, Hofburg Palace and Heroes’ Square. In the afternoon, you’ll have some shopping time, before seeing the Wiener Staatsoper (opera house). Later, opt for dinner in the heart of the city or visit St. Stephen’s Cathedral, before taking a stroll in Stadtpark, which is known for its range of sculptures. In the evening, we recommend the option of attending a Viennese Waltz Concert, which will allow you the unforgettable experience of hearing the music of Mozart and Strauss in the place where it was composed.

 

DAY 5: VIENNA - SALZBURG - MUNICH

From Vienna it’s on to another Austrian gem, Salzburg. The city’s beautiful historic centre, listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, is characterized by numerous baroque buildings, and is one of the most picturesque places in Europe. Salzburg is also famous for its musical heritage, being both the birthplace of Mozart, and also connected with hit musical The Sound of Music. You’ll get the chance to see from the outside the house where Mozart was born, explore the city further at your leisure and also have lunch in Salzburg, before heading across the German border to Munich in the afternoon.

 

DAY 6: MUNICH - MT TITLES - LUCERNE - ZURICH

In the morning, head for the Swiss Alps. The first destination is Engelberg. From here you can opt to board a cable car (own expense) to Mount Titlis. Other highlights include walking across Europe’s highest suspension bridge for more phenomenal views of Mt. Titlis. You’ll come down from the hills to the lakeside for your next stop. Lucerne is a picturesque city of bridges and towers. Here you will have time to wander through the charming streets, and see the famous Lion Monument. This is a great place to get souvenirs like Swiss watches and fine chocolates, before travelling to the overnight stop of Zurich.

 

DAY 7: ZURICH - RHEIN FALLS - TITISEE - FRANKFURT

The final day of the tour begins in Zurich. Photo stop at Lake Zurich, before moving on to Rhine Falls, Europe’s biggest waterfall. Next, Drive back to Germany and the Black Forest, the ancient fir-covered mountain range. Here you will see the beautiful Lake Titisee, stop at a lakeside café to enjoy the best Black Forest cherry gateaux. Enjoy time to buy souvenirs from the local shops, and you’ll also get to see a demonstration of how these cuckoo clocks are made. Finally, you’ll head back to Frankfurt.

Itinerary:

DAY 1: MADRID – ZARAGOZA

The tour starts from the capital of Spain, Madrid, where we will pass through the Cibeles Fountain, and then arrive and visit Plaza Mayor, Piazza di Spagna, Plaza de Colón and Royal Palace of Madrid. Then you’ll arrive at the Puertadel Sol, a public square in Madrid. You can shop for speciality leather goods, clothing and traditional Spanish souvenirs at the square. In the afternoon, we say farewell to Madrid and head to Zaragoza

 

 

DAY 2: ZARAGOZA – BARCELONA

In the morning, we drive directly to the Spanish warm and charming coastal city of Barcelona. Upon arrival, we will visit the Columbus Monument and La Rambla, followed by SagradaFamília. Then it’s on to photo stop at Camp Nou, a football stadium in Barcelona, which is also the home of FC Barcelona since its completion in 1957. We’ll also visit Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys, the main stadium for the 1992 Summer Olympics. The remaining time is spent in the bustling Plaza Catalonia, where you can have free time and do some shopping.

 

 

DAY 3: BARCELONA – VALENCIA – ALICANTE

After breakfast, we’ll leave Barcelona for Spain’s third largest city, Valencia. Valencia is commercially and culturally rich, with Moorish culture, Arab customs and foods all frequented in a cultural exchange. Upon arrival, we will visit Modernime Plaza of the City Hall of Valencia, Valencia’s Ancient City Gates and Valencia Cathedral, where the true Holy Grail is reserved in. After tour the day is rounded off with a drive into Alicante.

 

 

DAY 4: ALICANTE – GRANADA – MALAGA

This morning we depart for the city of Granada. It became the last stronghold for the Arab Dynasty while its eight-hundred-year-long rule in the Iberian Peninsula. We will visit the Alhambra, a Moorish citadel and palace, also known as the Red Palace. Generally referred to as the ‘golden age’ of construction and delicate structure, the dome shape is both stunning and admirable. We proceed on our journey to the Sunny Coast area – Costa del Sol and we go direct to our hotel for overnight stay.

 

 

DAY 5: MALAGA – SEVILLE

In the morning, we go northbound to Seville. This city was the capital of the Muslim dynasty. Seville is the primary setting of many operas, the best known of which is Bizet’s Carmen. Upon arrival, we visit Seville Cathedral, the largest Gothic cathedral and the third-largest church in the world. Now the cathedral halls are dedicated as Royal Chapel, the burial place of the kings, also the tomb of Christopher Columbus who discovered the New World. From there onwards we see the Alcázar of Seville, used to be a Muslim palace and the Spanish Royal Palace. The upper levels of the Alcázar are still used by the royal family as the official Seville residence, which is the oldest royal palace still in use in Europe and was registered in 1987 by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, along with the Seville Cathedral.

 

 

DAY 6: SEVILLE – LISBON

Depart to Lisbon. Visit Cabo da Roca (Cape Roca). The cape displays the voluminous Atlantic surrounded by endless scenery. Afterwards, go back to Lisbon city centre and visit Belém Tower and Jerónimos Monastery, both were classified a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will pass through Marquis of Pombal Square and then stop at Rossio Square for some free time. Those who are interested in Portuguese custard tarts can taste the authentic ones at the century-old bakery.

 

 

DAY 7: LISBON – TOLEDO – MADRID

Today we will drive back to Madrid via Toledo, a World Heritage Site declared by UNESCO in 1986 for its extensive cultural and monumental heritage. This old city is located on a mountaintop, surrounded on three sides by a bend in the Tagus River, and contains many historical sites. By strolling across the city, overlooking the Alcázar of Toledo and visiting the grand structure of Toledo Cathedral, you will feel the bustling of Spain in the old time. Afterwards, enjoy a breath taking landscape of Spain while you journey back to Madrid.

Itinerary:

DAY 1: PARIS - LONDON

We gather in the morning to travel to Port of Calais. Our coach will be driven onto the ferry or Eurotunnel (20 euro/pax), crossing the English Channel, arriving in Port of Dover, England. Then you can enjoy the drive across the beautiful scenery as we go into London.

DAY 2: LONDON

After breakfast, start a walking tour passing through London attractions: Big Ben, House of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, Whitehall, St James’ Park, Buckingham Palace and River Thames. In the afternoon, we will visit the famous British Museum, enter St Paul’s Cathedral (if time permits). You can also enjoy the scene of Tower Bridge and Tower of London while sitting on the coach. We stay overnight in London.

DAY 3: LONDON - CAMBRIDGE - YORK

After breakfast, visit Cambridge University. The university of Cambridge, a majestic old University group includes: King’s College, Queens College, set among the most rural of bridges. We proceed our journey to York, a true medieval melting pot of Roman, Saxon and Viking culture. We visit York Minster, the largest Gothic cathedral in northern Europe. Then we will step up onto York city walls, dating back to Roman times. Enjoy free time to roam before checking in hotel.

DAY 4: YORK - EDINBURGH - GLASGOW

After leaving York, Edinburgh is next. Upon arrival, we first visit Edinburgh Castle, set on the stunning view of volcanic rock structures, where once inside we will admire the oldest royal crown and jewellery. We then continue this royal trail with a visit to Holyrood Palace and the City Hall. Optional is a visit to JK Rowling’s Ivory Café where Harry Potter was authored, to enjoy a cup of coffee.

DAY 5: GLASGOW - GRETNA GREEN - LAKE DISTRICT - MANCHESTER

In the morning, we drive straight to Lake District and we will stop in Gretna Green. The Lake District National Park is the most visited national park in the United Kingdom. . You can go for optional boat cruise of Lake Windermere, or hop on to the World of Beatrix Potter Attraction. Continue to Manchester. This city is not only well known for being a city of sport, the headquarters of Manchester United, but also England’s most productive industrial city. Football fans can enjoy a pilgrimage to the Manchester United Old Trafford. Food lovers can pick a scrumptious restaurant in the nearby Chinatown before going back to hotel.

DAY 6: MANCHESTER - STRATFORD-UPON-AVON - BICESTER VILLAGE - LONDON

A breath-taking drive will take us to the famous English playwright and poet William Shakespeare’s hometown, Stratford-upon-Avon. This is also where acclaimed Hollywood blockbuster movie – ‘Shakespeare in Love’ was filmed. Our big anticipated outing for today must be the now infamous outlet shopping centre – Bicester Village. Bicester Village is the home to more than 130 fashion and lifestyle boutiques, including Gucci, Armani, Prada, Calvin Klein, Dunhill, DKNY, Burberry, Paul Smith, Bally, Clarks and so on, each offers savings of up to 60%, all year round. Afterwards, return to hotel.

DAY 7: LONDON - PARIS
